Frequently asked questions

How do I request PSH/PMR tickets for an event?

For reservations for people with reduced mobility (wheelchair users) and people with disabilities (walkers):

  • High-demand events (examples: Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, etc.)

Applications are submitted via this link: PSH form

You will then receive an LDLC Arena Trium link to make the payment and retrieve your tickets directly in your customer account.

This system aims to make you more independent in managing your bookings.

  • Events with lower demand

Tickets are available directly online on the LDLC Arena website.

In both cases, to book:
Go to the LDLC Arena website, select the desired event, click on “ Book” , then on “ PSH/PMR Ticketing ”.
You will then be redirected either to the application form or to the online ticket office , depending on the type of event.

What are the conditions for access to disabled/reduced mobility parking spaces?

Accessible seating for people with disabilities (PSH/PMR) is reserved for holders of a disability card (80% disability) or a CMI card indicating "disability". A companion of your choice may be seated with you. People who have had an accident or who have temporary reduced mobility may also benefit from priority access.

I am unable to reserve a disabled/disabled person's seat for an event.

Accessible seating for people with disabilities/reduced mobility can be booked directly on the event page, either via a form where you will need to select the correct event, or via the ticket office by directly choosing your seat on the map.

How to apply for a disabled/reduced mobility parking space on your own?

For reservations for a disabled parking space:
Go to the LDLC Arena website, select the desired event, click on “Book”, then on “PSH/PMR Parking”.
You will then be redirected either to the application form or to the online ticket office, depending on the type of event.
